Two of the 3 green lights indicating charge where lit. At 10:30pm the Jumper 1000 was plugged in. The yellow charge light was on. (mfr. recommends recharging after every use) Power use = 13.7W At 11:35pm I noticed that the green "charged" light was on indicating close to a full charge. The power use was 12.0W 12:37am I unplugged the Jumper 1000. When the test button was pushed it showed that the Jumper 1000 was charged. I unplugged the power supply from the battery and left the charger in another 5 minutes. The power use was 1.3 Watts. No known reason for the temporary drop in power in the middle of the test.
